- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not to the point where I work off a price menu of sorts. I feel its better to price each job on a case by case basis. Each job and each customer has different needs and different solutions are serve everybody best. I'm flexible and understand that certain things happen that cant be solved with a "cookie cutter" price guide policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the project request for quote......review the effort and ask any questions at that time.....make sure we both are on the same page as far as whats expected.....perform the work as required and make sure its satisfactory to the customer and then offer any follow up help if needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out when I was old enough to fix my "First Bike" by myself. I've always been interested about how things worked and subsequently how they get broken.
