- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we have an amount quoted, your actual amount will be customized based on what your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to have a one-on-one conversation, whether by phone or in person, so we can get a feel of your personality, as we build our service around your personality and the things you like. This is usually an ice-breaker for new clients as they start to feel comfortable getting to know us as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the International Wedding & Events Academy as an Accredited Special Events Designer (ASED), I am also doing my Masters with them in this field. I have been in the business of Event Design, Decor and Planning since the year 2001, and worked in more than 3 countries before I settled in Idaho in 2014.
