Introduction: After ten years working as a dancer/actress on Broadway, on tour, and regionally, I have developed a strong passion for the mind/body connection. I have my yoga certification from CorePower, and my Pilates certification from Pilates on Fifth, both in New York City. I teach yoga at Powerflow, Zura, and Indigo Yoga. I also teach barre and hammock yoga at Define:Body& Mind.
I have a strong passion for bringing yoga and Pilates to others in a way that lengthens, strengthens, and tones your body, while creating peace for the mind as well. One of my other passions is to help relieve pain through yoga. I first found Pilates after a knee injury, and through Pilates and yoga, I was then able to dance on Broadway!

Les is such a peaceful yoga teacher. You really enjoy listening to her voice and you feel safe with her. I like very zen, very thoughtful, yet challenging yoga. Leslie is perfect at that blend. :)
