Stopped in at Cracked up Mobile repair while headed out of town back to Utah. Roger did a fantastic job cutting a screen protector for my Sony camera; he cut it so well you cannot even tell I have a screen protector on it. While he was applying it he let me look through his phone wraps and I fell in love with the "Fortunate Red'! He knew I was in a hurry to get back home, but quickly cut it out and wrapped the back of my iPhone X and camera. I wanted to keep my bumper case on so he cut it just barely to go under to avoid showing a line or rubbing off. We also applied it over my back screen protector to keep the durable and protection of the iPhone X glass back but allow me to have a completely custom phone. I highly recommend having him applying a protector to your phone and then your custom wrap so you get the best of both worlds. I love my sparkly red iPhone. Feels brand new. Thanks for the great camera screen protector and custom phone.

I really like going over their issue confirming the model and issue with the device and then covering how my service works. After they have a good understanding of my advantages to other repair facilities I cover price and reiterate on the warranty. Followed by scheduling the repair.
