- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once being contacted by client, I will custom design a menu for their event. Then follow up with emails or phone calls to work out all the details about their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a three year apprenticeship program through The American Culinary Federation. I owned a restaurant for ten years and now have owned a private chef/cooking lesson business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cooking at home at a young age after watching the women in my family cook as well as Julia Child and other chefs cook on television. As and adult, I decided to train to become a chef.
