Great experience. I had to replace the pool heater and the process was simple and straight forward. James explained what needed to be done, ordered the new heater, and had it installed and working within the timeframe committed to. He was professional and very personable. I would strongly recommend Mass Pool and James to others.

From my first interaction, Mass Pools has been great! Being new to the pool world, we have no clue what we are doing when it comes to getting it up and ready for the season. Cynthia has been extremely kind and informative dealing with my questions and scheduling our services.
