- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer sets their inspection date we will send them information via email that will help them prepare for the inspection and know what to expect. On the day of the inspection the customer usually explores the home and we provide a verbal walk-through at the end of the inspection pointing out the most significant items.
