Bair essential self defense

Introduction: Instructor Bair is a 3rd degree black belt in Korean tang soo do with 8 years of experience training students in the traditional martial art. He has worked with self-defense classes through his local school, provided private lessons at clients homes and in class, and even fitness & conditioning programs for local schools and day cares working with youth. He works well with children and is a great coach helping to establish fitness and training goals with a clear path to reach them. Working with clients/student to help them reach their goals. Everyone has different need and I am excited to help you tailor your interest to your training program.
