- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One size does not fit all. No, my pricing depends on my client's needs and the action plan to deliver their desired outcome. One thing you can be sure of is an awesome Return on Investment - that's always built into my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The better the fit, the better the outcome for my clients and the better I feel for having given them my time, effort & most of all, my commitment to their success. To ensure a good fit, I won't take on a client without first having a detailed chat about their objectives and challenges and being certain that I can make a real and valuable difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career started with a BSc, later enhanced with an MBA and a Grad Dip in Applied Finance to make sure my focus remains on a robust financial outcome with an awesome Return on Investment. In addition I've had the privilege to be schooled by some of the foremost online successes including Rich Schefren, Todd Brown, Frank Kern, Ryan Deiss and others.
