FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We realize that our clients come from all backgrounds and experiences. That is why we treat them all with the same respect and let them know that they are always our top priority. Whether you are a first time buyer or a retired home builder we love to talk houses! Our phones are always open for any questions or concerns before your inspection, and we will always be here for you afterwards as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on having an extensive educational background that goes far above and beyond what is found in the typical home inspector's resume. We hold the title of Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, but we also know that there are far more potential downfalls to a home than the typical home components. That is why we also hold accreditation through NICET and ACI. These are the governing bodies of certification for Engineering Technologies and Concrete Sciences. The home is a complicated system made up of ever-changing parts. Your inspector's education should always be evolving with it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After the owner of the company completed his degree in Civil Engineering, he wanted to use his education and construction background to serve the people of his region in an industry that could really use a trusted name. He now personally conducts every home inspection for the business. We started in the world of residential and commercial inspections in 2007.
