All in all, a great move! Nice guys and hard workers. Worked late, in bad weather, to get the job finished. They got lost because our new location is not yet on GPS, but it all worked out. I would rehire them in an instant. Very happy!

I waited 1.5 hours the first day for the technician, apparently there was miscommunication and the technician was still on the way. By that time I had to get to work, so we rescheduled. I waited 35 minutes the second day before I got fed up and left. Turns out, a technician wasn't even on the way due to another miscommunication. They offered to reschedule again, but I've decided to go through another company at this time.
