I really can't say enough about EgoDerm and it lead esthetician, Sanaa. I wish Sanaa's attitude toward customer service and quality of service and care spreads to all business. Sanaa provided me with the most accurate skin analysis I have ever received, and was well informed about my skin condition and what i should do. I have been to many fancy and expensive facial spas and estheticians before, but i have never experienced the level of experience, knowledge, and service that Sanaa provides. Price was extremely reasonable and my skin look great after the treatment. Sanaa follow up with custom email detailing how i should take care of my skin. She never tried to force sell me any products, and gave me a lot of advices on my current home care products and make up. Give Sanaa a try, I am sure you will love her as much as I did. I feel i have found a diamond.

This place is amazing. It feels more like medical tearment office than spa. If you want to relax and fall asleep, then this is not the right place for you. If you want skin treatment that will leave your skin looking , clear, clean and health, then this is the perfect place. The do use cheap products. They use only top and expensive products. And this is the first, place that did all extraction without leaving marks original scars on my face

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing. Did I say AMAZING? I do facials frequently, and this is the only place where I felt they addressed all my concerns without me really telling them anything. Ask for Sanaa, I have never seen an aesthetician as educated about skin conditions and treatments as her. She really educated me about my skin, and performed upgrades that she felt I needed for free and without asking me to shell out more money. She really wanted me to be amazed, and I was. All my friends commented about my skin this morning without knowing I had a facial last night. I even did not wear any make up. AMAZING. Thanks Sanaa

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are among the best in the industry. Our fair pricing approach to treatment ensures that EGODERM stays in business, use only premium products that no one is offering at our price range, and make sure our customers are getting the best value possible for their hard earn dollars
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) All new customers are required to come in 15 to 20 minutes before the schedule treatment in order to fill out health questionnaire before the desired treatment is performed. 2) Your esthetician will review the health questionnaire and interview you to learn about your skin care goals and lifestyle habits that may impact your skin. 3) Esthetician will conduct FREE skin analysis to evaluate your skin condition 4) Your esthetician will recommend treatment options to meet your goal. Unlike other facial spas, we DO NOT use this opportunity to upset you on treatment you do not need, or use any of the pressure sale's technique. Most of our customers use this opportunity to learn more about their skins than anything else, and in some case, customers realize that the treatment they were coming for, is not really the right treatment for them. 5) Perform the appropriate treatment that will WOW customers
