- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are among the best in the industry. Our fair pricing approach to treatment ensures that EGODERM stays in business, use only premium products that no one is offering at our price range, and make sure our customers are getting the best value possible for their hard earn dollars
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) All new customers are required to come in 15 to 20 minutes before the schedule treatment in order to fill out health questionnaire before the desired treatment is performed. 2) Your esthetician will review the health questionnaire and interview you to learn about your skin care goals and lifestyle habits that may impact your skin. 3) Esthetician will conduct FREE skin analysis to evaluate your skin condition 4) Your esthetician will recommend treatment options to meet your goal. Unlike other facial spas, we DO NOT use this opportunity to upset you on treatment you do not need, or use any of the pressure sale's technique. Most of our customers use this opportunity to learn more about their skins than anything else, and in some case, customers realize that the treatment they were coming for, is not really the right treatment for them. 5) Perform the appropriate treatment that will WOW customers
