What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would prefer to get you into one of my monthly packages, since that is the most cost efficient way for me to help you. We can do the most for the lowest prices that way. I can also add services "ala carte" if needed and if that is what works best for you. ***You MAY CANCEL AT ANYTIME**** I DO NOT ask you to sign any kind of contract. If you only need me for a month, then you only need to pay for a month! :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a FREE coaching call. This is where I get to know you and your business, and I can show you how to improve your marketing with a few simple tips. At this point you can decide whether or not you need more help and here I can offer you a few different packages that we have. My business is 100% client driven. That means that all strategies, tactics and tools will be tailored to your needs, your business and your goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many marketing courses over about a 12 year period, with several world renowned coaches and teachers including, Dan Kennedy, James Malinchak, Tom Hess, Ben Sword, John Oszajca, and Leah McHenry. I have also been an active member of the local G.K.I.C. (No B.S. Marketing) Mastermind group in Pittsburgh, PA for the last 4 years
