- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event differs. The complexity of the event will determine the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to start off with an email in which I try to get as much information regarding the party as possible. I then like to follow up with a phone call to further discuss our packages and prices. From there, if the client would like to move forward, a contract will be sent to the client, which is due back within 72 hours. Once signed by both parties, let the planning begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Event Management and Business Administration. Currently I am working on my certification in wedding and event planning.
