- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ace does short-term projects, which are bid in entirety. We also consult on an hourly basis and manage marketing for a monthly investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a complimentary exploratory conversation to determine if we're a good fit for one another. If we decide to move forward, Ace will submit a scope of work or proposal to the prospective client detailing services, timetables, and investment. When we're ready to begin working, we have an on-boarding meeting or phone appointment, then begin the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heather, Ace's owner, holds a degree in Psychology, which plays heavily into understanding the mindset and goals of today's tech-savvy consumer. She is a LinkedIn expert and trains individuals and businesses in Linkedin, social media, networking, and personality and gender differences in the business world. Heather has spent years learning how to market and advertise in the digital realm and has a long list of happy clients. She has been a successful small business owner for over 15 years and is regularly recommended by the Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce to provide services to local businesses. Heather also runs IN3 Network, an organization dedicated to supporting, training, and mentoring women entrepreneurs.
