I contacted Fain Property Maintenence after deciding to sell my home. I met Joel Fain, who was very profesional, and he did a walk through of my house giving me advice on repairs and fixing up that would increase the value of my home. The pricing was fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I had my realtor give me a quote before and after the repairs were made and there was a huge difference in the numbers. My house wasn't even on the market 24hours before I had two cash offers. There is no doubt in my mind had I not hired Fain Property Maintenence, I would not have been as pleased with the sell my property. I recommend him to anyone looking to do repairs on their home. I have since recommended him to my mother who hopes to put her home on the market as well. The work done was amazing and I plan on keeping him in mind with repairs needed to my new home.
