One of the clients I had for my accounting business was pretty much the most difficult client to work with that I'd ever had. They refused to speak to me when I couldn't make magic happen with their accounts and pay invoices with negative accounts. Christina managed to smooth over the customer's annoyance with my speech and email brevity (I'm an accountant not a wordsmith!) and even help make them happy. She smoothed out a rough patch and turned what could have been a disaster to pure gold, just by being able to understand the concepts I was talking about and put it simply for a customer who was already cross.

I had a LOT of information i needed sorted out and cleaned up. I sent the project to Christina (after she came with high recommendations from a friend in Gardening and landscaping), and her team met and exceeded my expectations. Clear charts sortable by data type and transaction date, and the promise that if anything was wrong (nothing was) she'd find and fix it. Couldn't possibly recommend her and her team more strongly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in Admin/Customer Service/Recruiting/Accounting about 15 years ago. I worked briefly for a Staffing Firm, followed by Travel brands, Tech Companies and Recruiting Agencies. I currently work full time for a firm overseeing their customer service department, managing resume writers and career coaches and also providing recruiting and outplacement services to employers. I take projects on thumbtack in my spare time.
