Robby's pricing is very transparent. He has a set amount based on length or area, depending on the specific thing he is doing. In our case, he power-washed our privacy fence, and then he stained it. It was very easy to decide on a budget, and Robby also will negotiate his base prices if you are getting several things done -- negotiate but not haggle. The second thing I would comment on is his communication. Very prompt, very thorough, very reliable. This can be a frustration, as we all know, when hiring contract work. He takes ownership for his jobs and his company and the lines of communication were clear and open. Finally, the quality of the work was impeccable. He offered his opinion on each project, how long it would take, what it would look like, etc., and he was generally spot on. And the privacy fence looked so bright and new after his power-wash, we did the driveway and sidewalk too. The staining of the fence was also excellent work.

Standard pricing is by square feet and linear feet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free bid, and if hired, I do a walkthrough with my client and answer any questions they may have. I also let them know what to expect. After the job, I do another walkthrough and make sure my work is to their standard.
