- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer intake process is unique. We first determine what information they have obtained from the internet, friends and other potential professionals in the industry. We then set a time and date to complete a full water analysis to insure the system we present is the best fit for the client. We are an information source on water quality. People know we are the "Truth in Water"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my quest for better water quality while in the Marine Corps around 1985. After I returned home, I began my training in the plumbing and water purification field and since 1989 I have given my all to improve people's water. We only use American Made Products and the best filter media that the industry has to offer. Unlike the franchise water providers, we do not use scare tactics or "Right Now" pricing schemes to secure an order. We are "Menu Price Guide" based which means we don't sell our products and services for more money just because someone makes more money.
