I hired Superior Lawns & Cleaning Services to paint the interior of my home -- living room, dining, kitchen, stairs and upstairs hallway. Dwayne and his team were wonderful. They were professional and on time for both days of work. The pricing did change from initial estimate using photos to Dwayne seeing it in person, but it wasn't drastic. The paint cost estimate also changed. I had to use photos for my estimates because we had not yet closed on the house and I had no way for Dwayne to get in and see it in person to provide a substantial quote, so the change was understandable. The finished work was great and I'm very pleased. I will most definitely use them again for future projects.

Interior painting of several accent walls and 2 full bathrooms. Dwayne is top notch. Very professional. Prompt. Fast. Clean! He and his crew were polite and did an excellent job. The price was more than fair. You might think why would someone hire a landscape and cleaning service to paint. Well, dwayne is a handyman and he sure came in handy! He was flexible with his time and was well prepared. Don't hesitate to use his services.

Dwayne did a wonderful job painting my condo. He and his team arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. All items were removed responsibly and returned back to its original spot upon completion. Dwayne was affordable and the quality of work was worth the cost. Dwayne and his team did a phenomenal job. My fiancé and I are tough to work with, admittedly, because we are very detail oriented. He took his time and went back through every imperfection (typically before we even noticed) and corrected it. We had an initial hiccup due to a misunderstanding about paint color and brands, but Dwayne advised us that what he was using was a better cost and quality than what I requested - he was spot on. He’s trustworthy, thorough, and affordable. Thanks Dwayne!! It looks amazing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to meet with them, and go over the project with them to be clear on exactly what they want. I am great at listening and understanding what a customer wants. If it don't make since I will be upfront and we will come up with a solution if there is one:-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trial and era, over 10 years of experience, I no how to grow grass, and keep weeds out, it cost to keep a lawn green and free of weeds. I have planted over 300 flowers, I have planted over 100 shrubs. I have trimmed several trees and cut down over 10 trees.
