Introduction: Yoga for You. Emily is a knowledgeable, experienced instructor who will build a unique practice to fit your needs and schedule. She has been teaching yoga for over six years and has continued her education in prenatal, Baby&Me, Restorative and Yin yoga. Emily is attentive and compassionate. She will bring all necessary equipment and healthy snack. Yoga is my backbone. It has made such a positive influence on my life and I'd love to share it's benefits with others. I taught for years and a variety of yoga studios, but I think individual instruction is a meaningful way to connect with my students and their individual needs and goals. I pride myself in ensuring a happy heart upon completing a personalized practice with me. I'd love to work with you!
