- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally quote a flat rate price. Some times I charge an hourly rate depending on work that's too be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like too meet with my customers and answer any questions that they may have. I give them my price for the work that they want Completed. I explain to them exactly what I'm going too do and how i will go about completing their project. I even show them the tools I use. The whole goal of this is that when I leve the customer and I are completely on the same page and we are ready too move forward and begin the project confidently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been welding since I was 13. I attended a welding trade school for 3 years wear I learned too weld as a professional. I then worked for numerous company's learning the ins and outs of my trade. Once I learned enough and felt very confident in my skills I gained from past employers I stared my own welding buisness.
