- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically structure several fee options for my clients to choose in ascending order of involvement and fee level. From a more Advisory approach (minor involvement), to a Consultative to most integrated or Managerial engagement provide Clients an opportunity to tailor my efforts around their project. In some cases when requested or appropriate, I do provide hourly rates starting with a discounted Thumbtack-only rate of $153/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Given that clients usually have a pressing need or challenge they urgently need to address and also have a pretty good idea of what results are they looking to achieve. My typical process, in advance of the project engagement, is to take the time and attention necessary to be sure that I understand what those issues and results are and how best to approach. Once we have conceptual understanding, I can create a scope of work and fee structure that aligns with those challenges, meets their requirements and is targeted to achieve the desired result(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have spent the last 15+ years in various entrepreneurial and corporate environments acquiring many different skills and capabilities. I have a bachelors in business, with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. Most of this formal training and education has provided me with a deep understanding of methodology, systems and necessary communication tools required to assess and prescribe effective solutions in organizations and businesses, after all business is made up of people and it is personal. Executive business case work done in London through Harvard Business School, analyzing growth opportunities in scaling and channel development.
