Charlie is a nice guy. Cleaning up all the stuff I had on my computer took longer than either of us anticipated. Not all of my issues were fixed and I'm having all kinds of threats show up on my anti virus now. The verdict is still out. I may write a follow up once I get a deeper look at my mac with another technician.
