I am a member of the National Organization of Professional Organizers and its NC Chapter, have an M.S.W. and a career professional. When we reduce the amount of clutter, visual noise and piles that so easily build up we actually can look, see, feel, breathe and live more lightly. We find that we can focus more, cleaning becomes a breeze, and our minds are open to new possibilities.
