About this pro

How does your business stand out?

Syntax PPC was originally created in July, 2012 in order to bring together the unique skill-sets of its founders, Gracie and Jimi Walters. Both partners have worked in the Digital Marketing arena and have a combined tenure of more than 20 years with in-depth design, management and sales experience within all levels of business, from independent sole proprietor’s, through to multi location small businesses and franchise organizations. There are a multitude of Web Design companies in every corner of the US; but what differentiates a good Web designer from a phenomenal Web design company? Is it just design skills, is it state of the art software, or is it having the unique ability to deliver exactly what the client wants? Equally there are many thousands of Digital Media houses, so what makes Syntax PPC different? At Syntax PPC we make our clients success our number one goal. Prior to engagement, we interview the client in exactly the same way they interview us. Our success is based on their success, their failure is our failure. Syntax declines as many engagements as it takes on, usually because the client cannot clearly define their goals & objectives or if Syntax cannot meet the clients objectives based solely on budget. In 2017, Web design & digital marketing are now hand in hand aspects of the perfect online presence, no different to a stable and ever lasting marriage, entirely without fault or flaw. A business will not achieve success just because it has a Website, in todays market, a business needs a coherent online presence which includes, but not limited to the following components. Website. Mobile Website. Social Media. Listings. Reviews. An online presence, has and will always have a significant impact on Web marketing efforts. It’s not just about making it pretty, it’s about functionality and ultimately the user experience. A successful Web presence starts here. What is the budget? What are the goals & objectives? Who is the target audience? How will visitors find the site? What is the value in search engine optimization, SEO? How long will visitors stay on the site, (site stickiness)? How likely are visitors to return to the site? How do we capture and maintain a relationship with the visitor? How often do we need visitors to buy or register to make the project viable? Does the business have Social Media? Do they have all of the required Social Media to be visible to their market? Is there visibility to all of the businesses Social Media pages? Is the business submitted to all of the Listing data providers in order to achieve visibility for local search, online citations, review sites, directories, social sites, search engines, GPS services and many more. Does the client have customer reviews? How simple is it going to be to generate customer reviews? Does the client have bad reviews? Once these questions have been answered and goals agreed upon, the design, structure and construction of all of the component parts of the deliverable are commenced.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Syntax clients have historically been through multiple marketing agencies, web development companies and online ‘pioneer consultants’ with limited success. Regular client communications, updates of the project status, news worthy story’s, announcements and constant topical social media posts keep the client excited and engaged during the projects development through to completion. Syntax strongly believes that this is one of the primary reasons why client retention rates are above industry averages. While no business is turned away from an initial consultation, Syntax currently operates mainly in the automotive industry, serving auto repair shops, car lots, and automotive part stores.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A&H Automotive of Del City hired us in 2015 for a parts website, then in 2016 for their repair shop. Since we have been the backbone of the advertising and development of the company's online presence, A&H Automotive has tripled their online presence, consistently gaining and maintaining new customers. A&H Automotive also uses Syntax PPC Web Design and Digital Marketing to help train staff members with sale procedures, providing increase in sales. The company has been able to grow and expand because of this. This is an on going project, however it took less than one month to see results.
