What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is Establish communication with the customers. Once we have communicated find out the best time to meet with them if necessary. Next I will either meet the customer or go over the project details and their project budget if they accept. Then I submit a written or emailed estimate. If it's acceptable to the customer we meet go over the contract, sign and schedule their concrete project.
