Introduction

I am a fully force free groomer specializing in rescues and dogs not used to grooming. I take as much time as each dog needs vs rushing through things. So you can be sure your dog is in loving hands through their process. The shop is open. You can stay with your pooch through the whole process or you can sit outside and talk to the groomer while watching your dog get groomed. You can also opt to drop off and come back when they are ready to go home. I love being able to help a dog feel better, help an owner be happier with how their pet looks, and provide the animal with an enjoyable experience so they get excited to return. I specialize in dogs that have been ill treated by other groomers or are new to grooming!

My dogs had bad experiences at another groomer. Tc is our dog trainer and she said she would do multiple sessions if needed to groom them. She was able to do them all at once. They were happy and their cuts looked great. She allowed me to stay and watch and explained their reactions to certain equiptment and what i could do at home to make it better for them next time. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the pet with the owner to determine what type of service is appropriate for the pet and the owners needs. Scheduling and then talking the owners through the groom and how they can help their dog at home be more comfortable with routine coat care.

I am a certified Groomer, A certified dog trainer, a certified veterinary assistant, a certified pet nutrition specialist.
