I worked with Charlie after a pretty invasive surgery and he helped back through recovery and forward to get me in great shape. His knowledge base and expertise were invaluable! - Tara CMay 1, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use a flat rate of $40 per session. But, I do build in some discounts for people who buy packages. For example, for a client who buys a 5-pack, they recieve $3 off per session and $5 off per session on a 10-pack. In addition, I will take the client through a complimentary Fitness Evaluation and Assessment to get a better idea of where they are at Physically and Medically in accordance to what their goals are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, after initial contact - I will sit down with the client and go through a thorough Medical Assessment to find out if there any conditions that I should know about. I will also go through a Fitness Evaluation as well which include a Goals and Needs Analysis. Collectively, that can tell me if the client has any limitations or contraindications to exercise or what he/she is trying to accomplish. Once we get through that, I will take them through some things to give them an idea of what training with me is like and give them an idea of how I write Programs for people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Dayton. I have been in the Fitness Industry for the last 18 years. Some of my Experience and Certifications include: ▪ Fitness Director for the USS CARL VINSON CVN70 Aircraft Carrier ▪ Personal/Private Training for Sports Club LA and Equinox in Washington DC ▪ National Academy of Sports Medicine Optimum Performance Trainer ▪ Coopers Institute Physical Fitness Trainer ▪ADVANTAGE Trainer (Postural Analysis) ▪ US Navy Command Fitness Leader ▪ Integrated Flexibility Trainer ▪ Functional Anatomy Specialist ▪ Functional Movement Screen Level 1 ▪ Equinox Fitness Training Institute Tier 2 Trainer ▪ Pre/Post Natal Certification - Currently, outside of Training people - I am in my 3rd year of Physical Therapy School where I am involved in Clinical Rotations as well as involvement in a study where we are researching the effects of exercise on Patients with Parkinsons Disease which will be used in my Thesis.
