What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with the initial contact, you will notice the difference decades of experience provides. Each of our sales representatives have 10+ years of not just selling, but also technical experience installing as well. We encourage you to ask the pertinent questions to our origination team, their knowledge may just surprise you. After the initial consultation, our office staff will email you a custom estimate for your to review. Once you have agreed to the terms, we will then email your Monitoring Agreement (if applicable), then schedule your installation. *Camera system purchases require a non-refundable down payment not to exceed 75% of the systems cost. The duration to be collected upon arrival*
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians must pass a rigorous Low Voltage Training Course. Well above the Industry Standard, each of our Technicians are required to have 5+ years field experience prior to being deployed on assignment. Our Installation Team is comprised of courteous, prideful, and caring individuals.
