I have two elementary school-age children (8 and 10) and we worked with Coach Ryan and Give N’ Grow Basketball throughout the summer, often two times a week. We continue to work with Give N’ Grow Basketball as our schedule permits. From the beginning my children loved and appreciated Give N’ Grow Basketball’s attention to their developmental needs and their focus on the fundamentals. It keeps us coming back week after week. What this means is my younger child can work on one set of skills with the coaches while my older can work on a different set of skills—and both children are still focusing on the fundamentals. Over the last 5-6 months I have watched the Give N’ Grow coaches interact with a range of ages and varying skill levels. I’m impressed, and so will you be.

Coach MAC not only improved the physical skills of my son, but the mental side of the game as well. Their relationship and bond has become so strong, my son still calls on him today, during his senior year in high school.

Coach did a great job working my daughter on her shooting. He corrected her form and also gave her tips on how to improve. He also asked her interactive questions. Most importantly, he pushed her to work hard while also building her confidence.

Coach Ryan is not only an amazing basketball coach, he is an incredible role model. My kids have improved on technique, quickness, and accuracy with the help of coach Ryan. It is always time and money well spent. I can’t say enough great things about him!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Basketball Training is $60/hour or $250 for 5 sessions. Group Sessions are also offered at $20/session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A skills assessment is provided in the first session to discover player’s strengths, weaknesses, and points of emphasis. After the first session, a plan will be created to enhance what they do well while converting their weaknesses into strengths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4th Ranked Trainer in Maryland via CoachUp, B.S. in Sport Management from Kutztown University, USA Basketball Certified Coach, and 8 years of training experience.
