What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For baseboards and crown moulding we charge by the linear foot. Our options include full installation (remove old, install new, prep and paint) down to install only. We're flexible to your needs. For wainscoting, beams and window casings we price based on the project. Call us for details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out for an in-home appointment where we learn your needs and build a custom quote on the spot. Once you decide to move forward, we set a date for installation. The typical job is one to two days. You only pay when the job is complete to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed for both residential and commercial remodeling projects. Our license is a CR-61 which allows us to do projects up to $50,000 in value. Our founders have over 15 years experience in finish trim work.
