Introduction: True Strength offers a functional training style with a focus to increase performance, strength, health, and confidence. My personal specialty is injury prevention and working around an injury. I use simple tests to determine if your body is properly aligned and your muscle ratios are where they should be. The risk for injury is significantly lower when these conditions are met.

Phil has been my trainer for the last three and a half years. He is very knowledgeable in the health and wellness field and took my goals seriously. When I first started training with Phil, I was uncoordinated and lacked any awareness of my body (I was a runner and running was all I knew how to do). Nonetheless, Phil was patient and I have come a long way. I am currently a personal trainer myself and can do exercises that I never would have thought possible (chin ups, hand stands, plank with more than 45 lbs on my back...etc). I am proud to say that I am much stronger than the average woman because of Phil. Lastly, Phil is awesome and very personable, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger and more athletic.

It's been great working with Phil. He is both very knowledgeable and capable. He really takes the time to listen to your goals and creates a program that will help you achieve them.
