- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I wrote a poem that composes of all of the main parts of a sales call. I give the student an explanation of it and we practice using it via role playing. When the student learns the poem they learn a sales system that is with them forever that they will eventually memorize and keep throughout their career in sales. I'm the only person that has this practical system and it works for me and I'm sure it will work for you as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sales training from University Of Florida, Dish, Ford, American Express / Alorica, GoDaddy, LiveOPs, many books and practical experience. I also ran a life coaching business for 4 years and learned how to get the best out of people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in call centers since 1996.
