Introduction: let me start off with saying that i am insured up to a million dollars. I offer a variety of services that the bigger guys won't do or charge an arm and a leg for. I have 17 years in the construction industry from new construction to full remodeling. I have a small crew therefore low overhead to keep costs down when possible and stand by my work. I do anything from change a light bulb to add on to your house. I love interacting with the customers and love working with my hands. I like creating and building it's satisfying to see a completed project that I did.

Bryan installed 1,000 square feet of laminate for us on our whole downstairs level, including laying underlayment, padding, fixing an uneven spot in the floor and shoring up some weak spots in the original floor. He's incredibly responsive and up front and came in exactly on his quoted price. We will definitely call on him again next time we need some extra help with our 115 year old house.

From the quote to the finished job, brian's work,communication,clean up was excellent. Brian"s quote listed a materials list, labor costs,estimated tax. He worked at a good pace,cleaned up our yard each night so it looked good.The thing that was most impressive was when he put the pergola up we had not discussed the direction I wanted it, he put it up opposite of what I wanted, with no complaints, no extra charge, he fixed it the way we wanted. the quality of work is excellent, we will call him up the next time we do home improvements thanks

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price my jobs hourly if I can. if the job is a larger one I will lower the cost a bit to make the blow a bit easier. I charge an estimate of 25-35 an hour depending on the complexity of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the customer feel at ease. and explain the process as best I can. if the customer does not have a good understanding of the process it tends to stress them out. and a stressed customer makes for a stressed contractor. good communication is the key to a good job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 17 years on the job training from ground up builds to simple remodels.
