We had a rattle in our AC unit and many people had said it couldn't be fixed but the PECO serviceman figured a way to stop the rattle and we were very pleased!

I was told the diagnostic fee would be waived, but it was included in the service charge. I was not advised of the cost of the service until after the job was completed. It cost almost $300 to replace 2 dimmer switches. I will never use this company again.

Our pricing is based off of a flat-rate book created by company for us based upon our distributors pricing and pricing of those services in our area. This pricing includes parts and labor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company is completely digital. Our techs use tablets for entering notes, equipment and diagnosis. This is directly fed back to our servers so we can keep records for years with details of the work we provided. When you contact us, we respond thru Thumbtack and want to quickly move to a phone conversation to get the details of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark is the owner and has a PE in Mechanical Eng. We have a SC license for Mechanical and Electrical work
