Joe Smith installed a new kitchen floor for us that was quite a challenge. One part of the kitchen is about 80 years old and was covered in ceramic tile, while the other part of the kitchen is 18 years old and was covered with hardwood. There was a noticeable crown where the two floors met and Joe mastered the joining of the floors with a new ceramic tile covering over the entire kitchen. He is a tireless worker, obviously takes pride in his work, is extremely customer friendly and keeps his work space clean and as unobtrusive as is possible. Joe communicated well with us and listened to everything we sent his way in terms of expectations. His knowledge and craftsmanship are exceptional.

I had to have work done in the bathroom of my very old home. An earlier contractor had not done the work properly. Floor Solutions came in and worked to straighten up the problems with the floor. Joe arrived on time prepared with a plan, and finished the job on time. He left the house in a clean state. I am totally pleased with his professional attitude and skills.
