I had drain pipe extensions placed underground from sides and back of my house to the end of my back yard to solve a constant erosion problem and thus not being to establish a consistent stand of grass in my back and side yards.
They added and graded two additional loads of black dirt over the back yard, laid meshed netting over it and overseeeded the back lawn and fertilized it.
This was all done by the Dewitts last year in 2015.
This year, my new grass succumed to a very hot summer and too much shade. So, I went to plan B this summer and had a tree company remover four large trees that were in various places across the middle of my back yard. Now, sunlight can get through to my new lawn in which the Dewitts added two more loads of black dirt, graded and terraced it across my back lawn. I then had them sod both the sides and the back of my entire back yard. They then fertilized the new sod and had me follow their watering instructions and I am still doing so.
I now have a beautifully sodded back and side yard without erosion problems and I would highly recommend the Dewitts Landscaping & Co. to any of your customers.
