Adam with Imperial Paint and stain just finished doing the interior of our house. He was really easy to work with. He responded to my questions prior to starting and showed up on time each day. He did a great job. We will be using Imperial Paint and Stain in the future for any of our painting or staining needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a smaller company we can usually get away with cheaper prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the clients contacts me and we set up a date and time to meet up so I can write up a bid sheet. Then I email a detailed bid sheet and when everything is approved I go over to their house so they can sign a legal contract. Once the contract is signed the work begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 2 years I worked in a painting factory doing powder coating and military grade liquid painting. Also, for over 15 years I painted for T.L. Painting.
