The nonprofit I work for, the USO, hired John to hang up a history wall in the lobby of our headquarters, as well as wide array of other photos around the office. I can't speak highly enough to how professional John was. He was flexible with us when we added more work to the project, friendly throughout the entire process, and extremely efficient. Our entire staff was amazed at the level of quality in his work. The hanging job has totally transformed our office space, and we are planning to hire him again to hang more items for us soon. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I provide fixed price quotes for labor and materials. Labor is calculated as follows... - Truck roll and 1st 2hrs on job $125 (west of DC) - Truck roll and 1st 2hrs on job $165 (DC & MD) - Straight hourly rate there after
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1.Review customer request. 2.Estimate labor and materials. 3.Respond with a fixed price and list of assumptions (no hidden fees or surprises!). 4.Verify scope of work with customer and schedule day / time to complete the work. 5.Provide a professional and clean installation. 6.Customer provides glowing review :).
