Craft just completed a bar in our basement and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We interviewed four companies and Craft stood out because of their excellent communication, competitive pricing, and willingness to spend the time needed to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the project. Noelia was a pleasure to deal with and was always eager to help us get every detail exactly like we wanted. We have managed several large remodeling projects throughout the years and Craft made the experience a breeze. The project started exactly in the time frame promised and they completed the work ahead of schedule. Noelias communication was fantastic and Eddie and his team were at our home exactly when they said they would be. There was no wondering when someone would be there and there were no breaks in the project schedule. Eddie and his team worked closely with us throughout the construction process to make sure we were clear on every detail and were very accommodating to make sure everything came out just right. Several companies told us their goal was to satisfy the customer but most failed to deliver that even through the bidding process. It was clear that Noelia, Fuat, and Eddie genuinely cared about making sure the project exceeded our expectations and it wasnt lip service. They were at our house throughout the project and were immediately available to address any questions or concerns at a moments notice. Every issue was worked until we were 100% satisfied. We couldnt be more pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Craft.

We needed to update a master bath and a hall bath that were about 30 years old, still with the builder's original fixtures. Never having been through the process before, we found the number of choices out there for everything (tubs, counters, tiles, lights - you name it) overwhelming. The designer, Walter, did a great job making it all so much simpler, first using an online quiz to learn what are tastes tend to be and then making a lot of helpful suggestions. We ended up with two beautiful bathrooms with some major improvements (bigger shower, more storage). The work crew was friendly, polite and did a good job keeping the house clean. To top it all off, the price was well below the other estimate we got. I would recommend this company to anyone.

And then found our kitchen cabinet planning offered a new level of the design challenge. Craft Kitchen overcame every issue we confronted with a calm and insightful professionalism that created a spectacular kitchen. And kept us informed and comfortable. HIRE THESE PEOPLE WITH CONFIDENCE!!! By the way, after the job was completed, Craft Kitchen never hesitated to address any concern about our spectacular kitchen that we came up with. I'm not related. I had shopped around with several other local vendors and not only did Craft provide the best price, but they provided the best customer service. They were not pushy and respected my budget. The "sales pitch" just gave me options on different kitchen cabinet/countertop lines and was factual, not clearly biased to one brand or another like other vendors. The designer gave his opinion when asked. Craft let us do some aspects of the installation ourselves to save money. This enabled me to afford more since we are a handy family. My designer was great and remained my point of contact throughout the job. I was never passed from designer to a job manager or anything like that. He provided me with multiple options for my kitchen cabinets in the initial design. He practiced "measure twice, cut once" and was flexible when I decided to make a change on the size of a cabinet after we signed the contract (but before cabinets were ordered). My experience was positive and I would recommend Craft to anyone! My new kitchen is night and day better than my old one in look and functionality.
