- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial interview takes place face-to-face, over the phone or via video chat. The purpose of this is to determine the tax situation of our client and find the best strategy to serve them. - We collect required documentation and information to produce the tax returns and all required schedules. - Federal and state returns are prepared based on information provided by the client and submitted for internal review. - An internal review is conducted on the returns/documents before they're sent as first draft to the customer for review and comment. - Once the customer approves returns and signed necessary authorizations, they are filed with the appropriate agency.

10 years of tax return preparation and tax strategy experience, IRS Enrolled Agent in good standing, MBA with focus on finance and accounting.
