We had a piano that needed to be moved from a residence to our school. It is usually very hard to find a mover willing to move a piano. We not only needed it moved it needed to be moved down a flight of stairs. And we need it moved the next day. This company immediately responded to our request and worked within our demanding schedule. They were prompt in their communication and follow up. And when they arrived at our school I felt very secure with them entering our campus! They were extremely helpful and very professional. I would rate them higher than a 5 star!! I asked for several business cards. I am telling every about this wonderful moving company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Minimum is 1 hour, 2 men and the truck $198 Our rate for 2 men is $99 an hour, 3 men is $139 an hour and a flat one time fee of $99 for the truck with the first 50 miles include any mileage over 50 is $3 a mile The mileage starts and stops at our facility. We're 3 miles from the down town bridge. Hot tubs, large safes, and most pianos carry an additional charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to find out if they have any specific concerns regarding a particular item, or a time, we want to make sure that we address any concerns. We want you to be assured that you're with the moving company thats here to serve you. We want you to know that the services we provide are the best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 28 years of experience, with most of my jobs consisting of a full pack, move, and then set it all up. I've spent most of that time providing long distance moves for the big corporation's, and have also won multiple safety and performance awards.
