FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. We don't over charge anyone and we don't undercut ourselves either. We are family men working for family's so we don't take meals from other kids mouths. Our price is balanced. You can get the guy down the street to work for 15-20$ and get a half-way decent job MAYBE. Or you can pay the over expensive 45-50$ contractor for an excellent job but if your not spending 30,000$ on your project your low on the totem pole to them. Every customer is important to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's meet and we don't have to strike a deal but I'd love to meet a friend or local homeowner. First meeting is always to get to know each other and talk and second is more business and numbers. I want the custo.ers we meet to want to work with my team and I as much as we want to work with you!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started young with my father at about 7 or 8 with here is a hammer some nails and a board.... and only grew quickly from there... tree house in the back yard, fixing anything in the old house my mother needed... at 17 I really got a big education I an thankful for to this day. I enrolled in Green Mountain Tech school for Construction and received my Genral Contractors of America certificate. The next fifteen or so years have been field training and working with many skilled people. Flooring, roofing, slate repair, masonry, framers, deck specialists and many more.
