- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each job is different and specific to each customer it is hard to set a standard price for our services. However, depending on the size, and including a brief description of the project, we are usually able to give a ball park estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually find it best to meet our clients in person at their home. We start by getting to know our clients’ needs, likes, and style. Next we discuss what products will work best for them and their project. Then we go over design options. After measurements, product and design options have been chosen we put together a a detailed estimate. After the estimate is approved we set an install date. We take great pride in making our customers fell cofortable and informed throught the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Justin been involved in the coatings industry for just over 7 years. From 2013-2016 he managed the overlay division and was a lead foreman for the coatings division of his previous employer. Justin was in charge of crews, training, customer relations, product inventory and ordering as well as other misc. duties for the company. Justin has been certified and trained for Penntek Industrial Coatings, Elite Crete, Citadel, and Kolorstone.
