Brian was polite and professional and can diagnose problems quickly. My computer had a bad power supply and Brian kept me notified from when he ordered the part, to arrival, and made sure nothing else was wrong after fixing it.

Brian has been a wonderful help with my computers, I'm not much of a computer person and had multiple computers of mine stop working over the years or give error messages. He has always been able to give me great information on what the problem was or was able to easily fix the problem there on the spot. If he was not able to he had at one point took my computer back to his home and spent time of his to get it operational. Only one time I can remember when he was not able to get it back into operational order as it was a catastrophic error and that was on me. All in all he had been a great help over the years.
