- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system set up for design, installation, maintenance and repairs. Varying instances and environments affect pricing. Travel and after hours costs also apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to find out the initial needs/wants of the customer, as well as, feasability and budget of the project or repair. Negotiations and alternatives are always considered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several product and maintenance/repair classes through Rainbird & Hunter Irrigation Companies and Vista & Kichler Lighting Companies over the years. I continually educate myself on new products, conservation and techniques.
