- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to.get to know our clients tastes. What kind of music? What they might be looking for and may not be able to describe.. there is a lot to think about when we are first talking to clients, but our number 1 job is to reduce stress on our clients. We build trust by staying in contact and explaining our services. Working within a budget is what we do. If we can make extra something happen for no charge, we always opt to find a way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years music industry, photograpby, and event planning experience. Owner Carl started out a wedding performer and recording artist while attending MTSU. Kristin is a known performer in Chattanooga. Pilot and co-owner Josh Sculock has a commercial rated pilots license. He runs our drone video/photo services in association with Pemberton Photography. All of the venders we contract are top notch and well versed in all sized occasions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We enjoyed helping people with putting on their weddings. We always ended up helping everyone do everything. Eventually, we just bought all the equipment we needed. It was an easy choice to start connecting with the local top vendors.
