- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free introductory consulting session. These sessions lasts for approximately 45 minutes. At the conclusion of the session, the potential client and I discuss a recommended path forward and how I can help them achieve their goals. The free session, itself, is designed to yield tremendous value to the client. My goal is for every interaction to help move that individual or company forward. So, even if we decide not to work together... we will both walk away from the table with a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

Formal: Bachelors degree (Vanderbilt University) Executive MBA (UTK) Lean Process Blackbelt Certification Six Sigma Process Blackbelt Certification Other: Leadership & Development training Curriculum Development Public Speaking Process Analysis Note: I am also an avid reader and lifelong learner.
