- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based per the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to meet with the client beforehand, if possible. If logistics or timing prohibit a face to face meeting, then I contact the customer by phone so that we can establish a rapport and get into the details of their request. I tailor/personalize each event to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a classically trained pianist, and have studied flute, violin and guitar in my early years. I am considered a vocal "stylist" and have been performing for over 35 years. My experience includes performing at a variety of jazz clubs, restaurants, and other concert venues; festivals, fundraising events, singing the National Anthem at the NBA games for the Philadelphia 76ers, and studio recording.
